International recruiting of skilled workers

The current shortage of skilled workers is seen as the biggest obstacle to the future development of the Saxon automotive industry. The local workforce will not be able to meet future demands, necessitating targeted recruitment of foreign employees. Existing instruments for identifying and recruiting international skilled workers are perceived as too vague and expensive. The goal is to find a practical, affordable, and sustainable way to identify, recruit, qualify, and integrate suitable international skilled workers into the Saxon labor market according to specific needs.
