Saxony is one of the "top-regions" for electromobility

The number of electric cars manufactured in Saxony increased by 18 percent in 2022 compared to the previous year. What developments can we expect in 2023?

Together with the Chemnitz Automotive Institute (CATi), AMZ Sachsen has presented new calculations on the production of e-cars in Saxony. In the process, the experts led by Dirk vogel, AMZ network manager and managing director of RKW Sachsen GmbH, and Prof. Dr. Olle from Chemnitz University of Technology came up with some remarkable results as part of a structural change management project funded by the Saxon Ministry of Economics (SMWA).
