“The lack of venture culture, too sluggish organizational structures and lack of acceptance in society are obstacles and prevent adaptation to ever faster innovation cycles through disruptive developments.

By 2040, the transformation from the fossil age to the “All Electric Society” must be completed. Electrical energy will then be the guiding energy of the future and with the help of information the sectors of transport, industry, commerce as well as housing will be united.

During the event, the All Electric Society alliance will be formed between the scientific site of the Zwickau University of Applied Sciences for Mobility and the innovators of the transformation. In addition to scientific cooperation, the primary goal of the alliance is the interdisciplinary development of young professionals who will carry our society into this future.

With selected experts as well as female experts, the research forum provides essential impulses from electricity, mobility and digitality for the development of strategic recommendations for action and valid solutions.”
